Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

Control Room Operator is responsible for performing daily operations at Control Room. He will ensure that exemplary standards of security and patient services are provided to the patients/stakeholders/employees/employers of the institution at all times. Application is invited for the position of Control Room Operator on prevailing terms and conditions of IAHS-H.

Location: USTC Complex, Foy’s lake, Khulshi, Chattogram

Job Responsibilities:

  • To perform daily operations of Control Room with high integrity and efficiency;

  • To receive all messages from different departments and process these messages to designated areas;

  • To answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices;

  • To provide information to callers and direct them;

  • To ensure the transportation management;

  • To ensure the maintenance management;

  • To organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary;

  • To answer questions about the organization and associated activities;

  • To secure everything at the Information and Services Desk at the end of each shift;

  • To have the ability to work independently and make independent decisions;

  • To contact the administration office, n case of any emergency;

  • Any other task assigned by the authority.
