Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform Control Room daily operations with high integrity and efficiency.
∎ Receive all messages from different departments and process these messages to designated areas.
∎ Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices.
∎ Provide information to callers and direct them.
∎ Transportation Management.
∎ Maintenance Management.
∎ Organise and maintain files and records; update when necessary.
∎ Answer questions about the organization and associated activities.
∎ Secure everything at the Information and Services desk at the end of each shift.
∎ Ability to work independently and make independent decisions.
∎ In case of any emergency contact with the administration office.
∎ Overall coordinate the requirement process of the institutions.
