∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
commissioning Maintenance, Operations, Team management, Troubleshooting problems
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall operation of the centralized control room, which include starting/shutdown,
∎ Daily monitoring of plant parameters, logging and shift reporting to shift in charge.
∎ Routine and Emergency operation of Steam Turbine, Steam Generator, and auxiliaries following "safe and standard operating procedures.
∎ Monitoring & tracking plant performance parameters.
∎ Monitoring & changeover of the Auxiliary equipment's of the plant.
∎ Identification of faults, troubleshooting and liaising with maintenance department through "Computerized Maintenance Management System".
∎ Preparing SOP, Daily Generation Report and coal MIS.
∎ Operation & monitoring of gas turbine (GE) & HRSG (2P), Fuji Steam turbine.
∎ Safe start-up & shut down of units and Preparing daily summary and other statistical generation reports.
∎ Normalization of all work permits and makes the standby equipment's available
∎ Cross checking the commissioning activities against procedures
∎ Participating in walk downs for turn over package of various systems
∎ Responsible for HRSG steam blowing and HP/LP by-pass steam system
∎ Performing double pressure steam turbine Fuji make commissioning activities
∎ Installation of lube oil system and flushing of lube oil pipe lines, cooling water lines.
∎ Stabilizing the system by monitoring the critical parameters.
