Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electronics and Instrumentation
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading the team for plant Instrumentation and Control system. As well as coordinate with multidiscipline engineers during various project phases.
∎ Maintain the Turbine Supervisory Controls for all steam and gas turbines.
∎ Safely check, adjust, calibrate and maintain instrument, control and computer equipment on the Plant's Distributed Control System and the CEMS (Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems) for all generation facilities.
∎ Maintain communication and protocols between various systems and compliance with standards or best practice for cyber-security.
∎ Comprehensive understanding of CEMS theory of operation.
∎ Evaluate and direct the testing of plant control system equipment.
∎ Effective interaction with client engineering team for approval of design deliverables.
∎ Preparing and review of the I&C design basis document consisting of the following deliverables
∎ Monitoring and expediting project engineering and construction schedule and assisting in development of planning package for various projects.
∎ Coordination with site construction teems for resolving site issues related to instrumentation scope. Conduction meeting with Vendors for monitoring progress work and making action plans to meet the project schedule in time.
