Job Responsibilities:
∎ Tender preparation and related work. Studying contracts.
∎ Communication with Clients.
∎ Read and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts or import/export agreements.
∎ Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area:
∎ Min 5 years (10 Years preferable) management experience in handling the above listed disciplines.
∎ Excellent communication, management, coaching and organization skills.
∎ Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Must be proficient in Word, Excel.
∎ Ability to work with people in a professional and respectful manner to address issues in a constructive way.
∎ Ability to problem solve and apply independent judgment.
∎ Good negotiation skills.
∎ Problem solving skills to quickly address barriers to results, identify alternatives and use sound business judgment in decision making
∎ Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, to clearly disseminate information, influence others, and provide ideas and opinions
∎ Fluent in both Bengali & English.
∎ Demonstrate a solid understanding of legal terminology
∎ Possesses superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
∎ Applicants must be Smart, Energetic, Dynamic
∎ Previous experience working with contract regulations related laws is strongly preferred
∎ Must be capable to work under pressure.
