•Knowledge of the EU Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR), the EU Battery Regulation, or digital product passports.
•Familiarity with data standards such as GS1 Digital Link, EPCIS 2.0 or W3C Verifiable Credentials.
•Experience with data migration or integration with ERP and PLM systems.
•A project management qualification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or an agile certification.
•German, which helps with our manufacturing customers. Delivery and support are in English.

Role overview
DigiProd Pass Ltd is looking for a Contract Project Lead to take customer implementations from signed contract to live Digital Product Passports. You will own delivery for our client rollouts, keeping customers, our commercial team and our engineering team aligned on scope, timing and outcomes.

DigiProd Pass Ltd is a Digital Product Passport (DPP) software company, part of TVS Group. Our platform lets manufacturers create, manage and share the product data that EU regulation, including the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR), increasingly requires. Our first commercial customers are manufacturers in sectors such as batteries and automotive. Our engineering team of about 20 is based in Bangladesh, and we are moving toward continuous delivery. You will lead the work that turns each signed customer into a successful, live deployment.
What you will do
Lead customer implementations
•Own each implementation from kickoff to go-live: scope, plan, milestones, risks and customer communication.
•Run kickoff with each customer. Confirm their products, data sources, regulatory needs and success criteria in writing.
•Turn customer requirements into clear, prioritised work for the product and engineering teams, with acceptance criteria that can be tested.
•Manage several customer implementations in parallel, each at a different stage.
Keep delivery on track
•Hold regular status meetings with customers and internal teams. Report progress, risks and decisions needed, honestly and early.
•Manage scope: record changes, assess their effect on time and cost, and agree them before work starts.
•Coordinate across the UK, customer and Bangladesh teams, including clear handovers across time zones.
•Track dependencies in Jira, and keep tickets, plans and customer-facing dates consistent.
Land customers successfully
•Plan and run user acceptance testing, data migration and go-live with the customer.
•Hand each live customer to the support team with documentation, known issues and a training plan.
•Collect lessons learned after each go-live and feed them into a repeatable implementation playbook.
•Work with the commercial lead on renewals and expansion by recording what each customer needs next.
What you need
•At least 5 years leading technical or software implementation projects for business customers, ideally SaaS or data platforms.
•A record of delivering several customer projects at once, on time, with measurable results.
•Strong customer-facing skills: you can run a kickoff, manage senior stakeholders and deliver bad news early.
•Skill at turning vague requirements into clear scope, acceptance criteria and plans that engineers can build from.
•Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools, and a disciplined approach to plans, risks and status reporting.
•Experience working with distributed engineering teams across time zones.
•Excellent written and spoken English.
•Comfortable working independently as a contractor in a small, fast-moving company.
