Job Context:
∎ We are one of the leading Construction and Infrastructure companies looking for a competent Engineer who is well experienced in and willing to work in Contract Management.
∎ Project-based Contract Manager/Contract Engineer for mega construction/infrastructural projects.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Identifying and managing claims and variations.
∎ 2. Preparation of contractual notices and correspondences.
∎ 3. Ensure proper document management, letters, and notices.
∎ 4. Monitor and record delays in work progress and maintain the database.
∎ 5. Regular reporting of contractual issues to Head Office Contract Management.
∎ 6. Coordinate with PM, QS Engineer, Planning Engineer, and other site personnel to manage claims and contractual issues.

∎ Age 30 to 37 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
