Job Context:
∎ Ispahani Islamia Eye Institute & Hospital (IIEI&H) is inviting applications for the position of experienced CONSULTANTS for different Sub-Specialties like Vitreo-Retina, ROP, Uveitis, Cornea & Anterior Segment, Refractive Surgery with Femto Lasik, Glaucoma, Oculoplasty, Ocular Oncology, & Neuro-Ophthalmology, Pediatric Ophthalmology, Low Vision. All positions are based in Dhaka:
∎ The incumbent will provide outpatient and/or inpatient specialized medical treatment according to adapted and updated medical knowledge, IIEI&H protocols, values and philosophy. Every Consultant must undergo continuous process of advancing skill sets in collaboration with experts in respective domain.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Apply Clinical knowledge and skills for diagnosis and disease management best suited for the patients as per International Quality Compliance and Patient Safety.
∎ Carry out outpatient and inpatient consultations, prescribing the necessary ethical treatment including surgeries respecting IIEI&H protocols.
∎ Must possess excellent clean surgical hands and set clinical benchmark
∎ Keep the patient and/or his/her family informed about the illness and provide appropriate explanations about the treatment to follow and to ensure that they have understood.
∎ Ensuring practice & ethics of IIEI&H's patient care and patient safety protocols.
∎ Must always exhibit best care and empathy to the patients
∎ Practice stringent infection control compliance
∎ To continue learning process and coaching fellow doctors. Academic responsibility is mandatory at IIEI&H
∎ Engagement with Clinical research and international publications peer reviewed journals
∎ Must have strong sense of community service
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 02 (two) years of working experience in clinical management in respective Sub-Specialty field in reputed institution/hospital.
∎ Proactive towards continuous personal learning and development.
∎ Should have mental framework for long hours in stressed situation
∎ Computer literacy is mandatory preferably with SAP/ERP environment
∎ Ready Valid Passport
Salary:
∎ Remuneration: Best value for the compliant service and not a limiting factor
