Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical

Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the daily workshop operation in according to the Caterpillar Standard Workshop Operating Procedure.
∎ Coaching Workshop Managers, Engineers/technicians proper repair procedures in compliance to Caterpillar repair procedures guidelines.
∎ Review & analyze the Service Reports & other service documents, in accordance to the Workshop Standard Operating Procedure.
∎ Conduct review of the tools needed for the entire workshop and review equipment requirement and availabilities.
∎ Develop, monitor and manage workshop annual budget if, any and objectives for the Workshop Division.
∎ Develop Operations Policies /Set up operations policies and procedures and ensure that the policies and procedures are strictly and properly implemented.
∎ Ensure departmental safety inspections with Caterpillar Standards and Compliances.
∎ Manage workshop technical operations which includes overhauling, O/M and trouble shootings of gas generators, Cat engines and machines.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have 15-20 years working experience in reputable company in Managing Technical Industries.
∎ Experience in high level gas/Fuel based generator is a must.
