Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS with FCPS / MD in Clinical Pathology / Microbiology with BMDC registration.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organizing, monitoring and maintaining the services provided within the Laboratory Medicine department in order to achieving the highest possible level of patient care services.
∎ Supporting and advising clinical staff to help them choose the correct method of tests.
∎ Ensuring the appropriate test result and quality control of machines & result as well.
∎ Arranging internal training and development program to ensure all scientific staffs are proficient in their roles & responsibilities and up to date in their field of expertise.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience as Specialist / Junior Consultant (Clinical Pathology / Microbiology) in any Public/ Private Medical College Hospital/ Corporate Hospital.
∎ Strong diagnostic skills to determine the type of disease, its severity and extent.
∎ Good problem-solving and clinical decision-making skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and to supervise multidisciplinary teams.
