Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. Engineering or equivalent from a reputed public University.
∎ MBA major in Marketing and Sales from any reputed public/ private University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist project implementation.
∎ Plan, organize, implement and monitor sales activities to achieve sales target.
∎ To prepare market visit/route plan of sales team and closely monitor their activities.
∎ To keep close contact with the field forces, encourage them to work with utmost sincerity, honesty and dedication, ensure disbursement of their incentives as per management declaration without delay.
∎ To serve as a link between management and field forces by handling queries and resolving work.
∎ Collect regular marketing feedback with an objective to remain updated about the industry, competitors, price, trade offers, or any other activities and provide strategic guideline for tapping new market.
∎ To solve related problems as soon as possible. To physically visit the market and customers regularly.
∎ To closely monitor products of competitors and take necessary measures in consultation with Management.
∎ To give daily report to Managing Director/ Director/ Chief Executive Officer regarding all key activities.
∎ Any other duty assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ 10 to 15 year(s) in project implementation and Sales.
∎ At least 10 - 15 year(s) in Galvanised & Coloured CI sheet, Profile Sheet industries.
∎ Especial priority will be given to those having technical, operational with Marketing and Sales knowledge in the field of corrugated iron sheet.
Salary: Negotiable
