Responsibilities & Context:
Provide consultation to clients regarding visa processing and immigration services.
Explain visa requirements, application procedures, and necessary documentation to clients.
Assist clients in preparing and reviewing visa application documents.
Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on application progress.
Handle client inquiries professionally and build strong client relationships.
Follow up with prospective clients and support business development activities.
Ensure accurate documentation and maintain client records.
