Education:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ Minimum requirement is D. Ortho. Candidates with post graduate degrees in Orthopaedics, like FCPS (Ortho), MS (Ortho) can apply.
∎ Must have at least 2 (two) years of experience after passing the post graduate.
∎ Must have practical experience in performing various orthopedic operations independently in a hospital.
∎ Willing to work in a team in hospital setup.
∎ Committed to serve poor community patients.

Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Participate in outdoor treatment and particularly provide the treatment for patients coming with orthopedic problems referred to him/her everyday
∎ Advise necessary investigations for patients from laboratory, X-Ray, ECG, USG, etc. and review results
∎ Advise for admission of the patients and patients referral as necessary
∎ Support the MO and other clinical staff working in orthopedic department
∎ Attend and see all admitted patients of hospital and give necessary treatment and management and provide follow up care
∎ Participate in regular medical ward round
∎ Regularly perform both major and minor surgeries for patients coming with such surgical problems
∎ Should share on call nights and perform emergency duties and provide pre-op and post-op management for them.
∎ Provide technical suggestions for nursing services, laboratory services, X-Ray, ECG, blood transfusion, medicine store, etc as and when necessary.
∎ Provide support to all types of activities towards formulation of annual project, budgeting, needs assessment, patient satisfaction survey, evaluation, assessment, etc.
∎ Provide support for data management of the hospital program
∎ Provide support for preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual report and any other report preparation as required
∎ Provide backup support for staff training
∎ Any other task as and when necessary
