Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS with Diploma in Ophthalmology /FCPS/MS in Ophthalmology.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the Hospital and oversee its clinical management.
∎ Maintain and foster effective collaboration and coordination for smooth service delivery of Hospital and its Primary Eye Care Centers.
∎ Utilize resources & ensure quality of care.
∎ Lead and manage clinical team consist of SMOs, MOs, Optoms, Nurses etc.
∎ Oversee clinical services including OPD, IPD, and OT, systems, quality assurance, compliance and other issues including physician relationships and smooth work culture of the Hospital.
∎ Lead, educate and mentor the clinical team including doctors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ At least 05 (five) years in Eye Hospital Clinical management.
∎ At least 2 years practical hands on experiences on SICS / Phaco surgery.
∎ Stay at the respective town of the Hospital.
