Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS with Diploma in Ophthalmology /FCPS/MS in Ophthalmology.
∎ Candidates with Diploma in Ophthalmology / FCPS may be considered for 15-months fellowship for training in sub-specialty in due course.
∎ IIEI&H has highly qualified and experienced trainers, well-equipped classrooms, advanced OTs and a large number of patients for practical training.

∎ We are currently looking for energetic, dynamic and enthusiastic person for the following position:
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 05 (five) years of working experience in clinical management of Ophthalmology in any reputed institution.
∎ Independently perform Small Incision Cataract Surgery (SICS) / Phaco surgeries.
∎ Knowledge of maintaining and fostering effective collaboration between departments to ensure a coordinated approach to providing services and fulfilling service goals and objectives.
∎ Capability to achieve effective utilization of all resources, quality goals and objectives.
∎ Ability to look after systems, quality, compliance & clinical management measures, physician relationships and work culture enhancement.
∎ Professional computer literacy is preferred.
