∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Advisor/ Consultant, Architecture firm
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Advisor of all kinds of architectural & masterplan design issue.
∎ Provide technical guidance on architectural designs, strategies and plans to improve product performance and scalability.
∎ Preparing detailed architectural drawings for all type of projects such as residential, commercial, Industrial, and creating architectural visualization.
∎ To supervise project development and site co-ordination.
∎ Manage the schematic design process and prepare drawings, renderings, and other presentation materials as required for internal design reviews.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants should have skills in design with 3D presentation.
∎ Must have ability to conduct meeting with top management.
∎ Should be skilled in Project management, User/Clients dealing, Site supervision, Material sourcing etc.
∎ Should be creative, dynamic with pleasant personality.
