∎ 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer in industrial projects.

∎ Proficiency in AutoCAD for basic design review.
∎ Competent in MS Office and project management software.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

∎ Employment Type: 2-Year Contract
∎ Deltaport Apparel, a subsidiary of Portwest LLC, is seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Engineer to oversee the construction of our multi-story garment and footwear factory at Mirsharai EPZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
∎ Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure they align with project plans, timelines, and budgets.
∎ Provide technical guidance to contractors, subcontractors, and workers to ensure quality control.
∎ Ensure compliance with approved designs, safety regulations, and structural requirements.
∎ Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project managers to resolve technical issues.
∎ Manage on-site logistics, material storage, and equipment coordination.
∎ Monitor and report daily, weekly, and monthly progress to senior management.
∎ Address project delays or issues and propose corrective actions.
∎ Prepare and submit detailed reports on site activities, material usage, and challenges.
∎ Obtain and manage permits and approvals as required.
