∎ Monitor progress, budgets, timelines, and quality control measures.
∎ Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and contractual obligations.
∎ Resolve on-site issues efficiently to prevent delays and cost overruns.
∎ Prepare and submit project progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
