∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PMP
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Follow up and deadline, good communication skill, meeting deadline, Negotiating, Planning and monitoring, Time Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ One of the largest and renowned Engineering firms, we are looking for a competent and good self-driven Construction Manager for its Railway Project at Coxs Bazar.
∎ This is a Project of BR (Bangladesh Railway).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To give Good command and directions.
∎ Day to Day monitoring and coordination in the project site.
∎ Works vs Plan & resources.
∎ Monitor and schedule the work at site progresses, ensure Materials with the drawing, design with the document.
∎ Work monitoring during the construction based on advice from the consultant, Head of the departments with the procedures of the specification.
∎ To measure (Concrete, stone, sand, Bricks, Formwork, and worker, etc.) the amount of work plans the nest activities in advance.
∎ Planning of manpower, materials, and equipment.
∎ Supervision of timely requisition of manpower, materials, equipment, and sub-contractors.
∎ Check of work schedule for the construction of bridges and culverts and Earthworks.
∎ Monitoring construction of bridge and culverts as per work schedule and approved drawing.
∎ Monitoring of sub-contractors to contact construction within time and within budget with proper safety.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years as a manager to manage other engineers, supervisors, foremen, and laborers in construction firms.
∎ Willing to work under pressure.
