∎ Age 22 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage civil engineering projects, including planning, design, and execution.
∎ Prepare effective program planning, implementation & monitoring of project activities.
∎ Regular monitoring of project activities & take corrective measures accordingly.
∎ Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure adherence to these plans.
∎ Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
∎ Prepare and review technical reports, project documentation, and construction drawings.
∎ Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
∎ Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
∎ Estimate materials as per the requisition in accordance with project budget as well as guidelines and policies.
∎ Review of safety, serviceability, durability and construct-ability with honest & dedication the service.
∎ Ensure compliance with local, state, and local regulations and industry standards.
∎ Monitor and report on project progress, including financial performance, to senior management.
∎ Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and support staffs.
∎ We are looking for competent personnel for the post of " Construction Engineer / Project Engineer” for “Linkin Engineering & Constructions Ltd.”. The person will be responsible for constructions and the incumbent must have initiative, experience & the drive to deliver high-quality results.
