Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate and manage all aspects of an interior design project in Dubai.
∎ Liaise effectively with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality execution of interior works.
∎ Source and select suppliers for materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment required for interior projects.
∎ Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
∎ Interpret and implement design concepts as per project requirements and preferences.
∎ Ensure all design elements adhere to regulatory standards and guidelines.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on materials and workmanship to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
∎ Address any issues or discrepancies promptly to mitigate risks and ensure project timelines are met.
∎ Monitor project budgets and expenditures related to interior design activities.
∎ Provide cost-effective solutions and recommendations to optimize project spending.
∎ Prepare detailed project reports, progress updates, and documentation related to interior design activities.
∎ Maintain accurate records of project milestones, expenses, and supplier communications.
∎ Collaborate with the team to integrate interior design elements seamlessly within overall project plans.
