Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Guide the team to initiate a project by analyzing the requirements and surveying the project site. As well as giving proposal for a new project to estimate cost, budget & value.
∎ Guide the team to initiate the Construction Project by planning to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
∎ Guide the project team to prepares project reports and other documents for management, concern department.
∎ Check, review & analyze the technical problems to provide necessary solution and advice to the project team to resolve problems.
∎ Prepare & study the Contract documents like Specifications, B.O.Q (Bill of Quantities) and drawings.
∎ Preparation of preliminary concept development such as Structural system, foundation type, column orientation, grid development with the help of Architect & developer.
∎ Preparation of safety & economic design.
∎ Preparation of structural analysis considering Earthquake load, Wind load, Earth &Water.
∎ Load, Gravity load and other required related load of the building by structural software.
∎ To Guide team according to BNBC, ACI, UBC, ASTM Code and other International Code requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate should have professional and practical experience in leading, managing & operating multi construction projects together.
∎ Efficient in problem solving and analytical skills.
∎ Efficient management and organizational skills.
∎ Good communication and writing skills.
∎ Ability to work in complex projects and ability to handle pressure.
