Computer Hardware Troubleshooting, Computer Troubleshooting, Troubleshoot hardware and software.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Computer Hardware/Network Companies, IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person
∎ Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues on laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
∎ Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems
∎ Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as updating software and applying security patches
∎ Provide end-user training and support
∎ Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed
∎ Collaborate with other members of the IT team to resolve complex issues
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into our technical support services
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 8000 - 12000 (Monthly)
