Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, troubleshooting and repairing hardware and software issues, and maintaining accurate documentation of all work performed.Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues on laptops, desktops, and mobile devices Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as updating software and applying security patches Provide end-user training and support Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed Collaborate with other members of the IT team to resolve complex issues Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into our technical support services
