Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure receiving and collecting orders in time as per delivery schedule and route plan.
∎ Maintain documentation for cash and credit sales order as per guidelines.
∎ Prepare, Check and ensure all invoices in Invoice Collection Summary Sheet (ICSS).
∎ Process replacement/ recent orders only as per company guidelines and necessary approvals.
∎ Monitor proper maintenance of IT assets of the depot office.
