১. ন্যূনতম এইচএসসি পাস হতে হবে।
২. বাংলা ও ইংরেজি টাইপিংয়ে দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
৩. MS Word, Excel ও কম্পিউটারের সাধারণ কাজে পারদর্শী হতে হবে।
৪. Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook-সহ বিভিন্ন ই-মেইল চেক, সেন্ড, রিপ্লাই ও ম্যানেজ করার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
৫. ইন্টারনেট ব্রাউজিং, ডাটা এন্ট্রি ও ডকুমেন্ট সংরক্ষণে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
Responsibilities & Context:
✅ ই-মেইল চেক ও রিপ্লাই করা (বিভিন্ন মেইল চেক জানা দরকার)
✅ বাংলা ও ইংরেজি টাইপিং (দ্রুত ও নির্ভুলভাবে)
✅ ডাটা এন্ট্রি ও তথ্য সংরক্ষণ
✅ অফিসের বিভিন্ন সফটওয়্যার ও কাজে সহায়তা
✅ ভ্রমণসংক্রান্ত ডকুমেন্ট, টিকিট, ভিসা-সংক্রান্ত তথ্য কম্পিউটারে সংরক্ষণ ও ফাইল মেইনটেইন
✅ প্রয়োজনে অন্যান্য প্রশাসনিক কাজেও সহযোগিতা করা
