∎ Strong computer knowledge and usage skills (Microsoft Office)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare all sales invoices in time and provide DA wise summary as per the received order.
∎ Posting of cash, credit payment and petty cash payment & adjustment.
∎ Checking all email regularly and give feedback timely.
∎ Daily and monthly closing data send IT dept. timely.
∎ Prepare reports as per need of supervisor.
∎ Maintenance of Computer, Printer, UPS
∎ Support DIC for distribution services as and when required
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the Management.
∎ Maintain proper stock of Invoice Paper, Tonner and raise requisition timely
