Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate degree in any discipline,
∎ Candidates having Diploma in Social Compliance from any reputed institute will be given priority.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending Compliance policies and procedures.
∎ Maintain Compliance records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
∎ Follow-up Compliance activities of the factory day to day.
∎ To ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per buyer COC & legal standards.
∎ To find out the non-compliance issues by the daily monitoring & take necessary initiative fot remedy.
∎ To maintain relationship with worker between management to avoid any grievance.
∎ To prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers as per buyer's requirement.
∎ To monitor daily workers safety issue about health & safety, Fire safety, Accident & rout case analysis.
∎ To arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, Security Awareness training etc. effectively.
∎ To assist & report to Deputy General Manager (HR Admin & Compliance) accordingly.
∎ To assist in preparing/ updating policies for compliance.
∎ To maintain and make renewal of all necessary license/ certificates/ permits.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2 to 3 year(s) experience at RMG/ Textiles in Social Compliance sector.
∎ Must have good ability to communicate, correspond & work in English Language
∎ Must be a good team player with Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality
∎ Proficient in MS Office Package
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame .
∎ Need to have knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Act-2006, Amendment act -2013 &2018,Srom Bidhimala,EPZ Labor Law 2019.

Salary: Negotiable
