Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with Bachelor degree from any reputed institution.
∎ Candidates having Diploma in Social Compliance from any reputed institution will be given priority.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Workplace: Work at Garments factory full time & Office (When required)
∎ Job Location: Factory side (Mirpur & other surrounding area in Dhaka)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories Act, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law and ILO convention Relevant on RMG/Textile sector in Bangladesh.
∎ To prepare factory for facing different audit such as BSCI, SEDEX, COC Standard, social / ethical / environmental / technical / Supply Chain Security (SCS) / QMS audit.
∎ Ensure 100% Implementation of buyer's COC, Labor Law 2006 and srom Bidhimala.
∎ Ensure the factories always prepared / ready for following audits like, Social compliance Audit, Technical/ Quality Assurance Audit & Security System Audit (GSV)
∎ Sound Knowledge of compliance requirements of Accord, Alliance, BSCI, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001: 2015 Oeko-tex, SEDEX, WRAP, GSV
∎ Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up regularly as per CAP submitted.
∎ To monitor training/awareness on regular basis.
∎ Communicate with the European buyer, BTMA, BTTLMEA, BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having calibration experience (torque, compressor pressure, Vernier, callipers, micrometers) would be an advantage.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance Audit, Compliance, HR and compliance, Safety compliance.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile.
∎ Minimum 4-5 years' experiences in a 100% export oriented textile/garment industry.
∎ Have experience in facing audits conducted by 3rd party auditors.
∎ Must have knowledge about 'Bangladesh Labor Law', Bangladesh Labor Rules, Certificate of Conformity (COC) of different buyers & audit firms.
∎ Well informed about update & requirements of Social Compliance.
∎ The applicants should have to be well conversant in writing, reading and speaking in English.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal and analytical skills.
∎ Must be good at MS office application & Excel application.
