Buying House, Garments Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after occupational health and safety issues for the assigned area.
∎ To ensure health, hygiene & safety issues.
∎ Carrying out floor visit (daily) to check housekeeping and compliance issues
∎ Handling grievances at the initial stage and counseling.
∎ Making workers aware of the rules and regulation of the company.
∎ Ensuring proper communication between workers and management.
∎ Ensure the Policy to the Employee and Sample Workers.
∎ Keeping perfect Official record on Compliance and Admin department.
∎ Auditing factories (new factory, current factory, follow up audit) and preparing audit reports.
∎ Identification of office and any factories lack of compliance as per local law and buyer requirement.
∎ Make requisition for office stationaries and other materials.
∎ Take Confirmation from Management and Take order for stationary and other office materials.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
