∎ In this role, the Communication & Wellness Manager will research and drive the development of organization benefits and wellness communications. Develops strategies and solutions with key partners, in addition to supporting organization-based initiatives. Supports key initiatives by putting the customers first, caring about people, and helping teams succeed.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ From a high-level, the goal of a marketing strategy is to identify a target market and develop a marketing mix that will appeal to those potential customers.
∎ Create, implement, and maintain a comprehensive benefits communications strategy, plan, and calendar aimed at Driving a Culture of Healthcare Consumerism.
∎ Create, implement, and maintain a comprehensive wellness strategy, plan, and calendar aimed at Driving a Culture of Wellness.
∎ Participates in projects that are key to the development and implementation of the organization-based strategy.
∎ Works closely with internal and external partners for the creation of communications solutions.
∎ Prepares analysis, graphics, and presentations as appropriate to identify potential strategic opportunities and facilitate leadership in understanding method and process change required to achieve results.
∎ Develops and produces accurate and timely routine and communications and reports.
∎ Provides software demonstrations and training to internal partners and external customers as necessary and summarizes data on the competitive market and macro environment of population health.
∎ Assists or leads day-to-day delivery of established programs with valuable input to support the organization's initiatives.
∎ Develops and facilitates educational programs (i.e. courses, workshops, special events, and interactive booths) to support Driving a Culture of Wellness.
∎ Provides knowledge, expertise, and recommendations regarding various health issues and behavior change strategies.
∎ Supports and develops processes that minimize manual work, waste, or inefficiencies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong written and verbal communications & interpersonal skills
∎ Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in Communications
∎ Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in a corporate benefits/wellness environment
∎ Fluency in English and Bangla strongly preferred
∎ Excellent telephone manner
∎ Genuine passion and interest in nutrition, health, fitness and wellness.
∎ Good to have but not essential:
∎ Copywriting/blogging experience
∎ Confident in using social media
