Job Responsibilities:
∎ Education: Finance professionals with similar experience are encouraged to apply. Other relevant educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Secretarial Studies, or a related field. Additional training in office management/business process management will be a valuable asset.
∎ Experience: Bring at least 5 years of experience in a comparable role. Prior involvement as a Company Finance or Admin Manager/Company Secretary/Personal Secretary to MD/Chairman in reputable organizations will be treated as similar experiences.
∎ Language Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in both English and Bengali with impeccable written and verbal communication.
∎ Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Reasonable typing speed is required. Familiarity with project management software, along with a solid grasp of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, will be advantageous.
∎ Efficiently optimize the MD's calendar, appointments, and meetings for masterful time management.
∎ Foster seamless communication between the MD and diverse departments, clients, stakeholders, and partners.
∎ Strategically arrange regular, structured meetings across all organizational departments, championing attainable objectives.
∎ Efficiently compile comprehensive work reports for the MD, ensuring timely submission to enhance organization. Also, gather financial and departmental reports, analyze key data, aiding data-driven decisions for the Managing Director.
∎ Skillfully prepare essential documents, presentations, and reports, substantively contributing to the precision of MD's records.
∎ Handle confidential and sensitive information with an unwavering commitment to discretion and integrity.
∎ Cultivate organized and readily accessible files and records, ensuring agile retrieval.
∎ Contribute to the orchestration and execution of internal and external events aligned with the organization's goals.
