∎ Graduation from Reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Bank Call Center, Call Centre Supervision Management, Call centre training
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the call center department
∎ Assigning tasks to call center executives, preparing call speech, providing guidance, and answering queries of CCEs
∎ Monitoring calls to ensure quality
∎ Monitoring performance of CCEs and preparing reports on a daily and monthly basis
∎ Monitoring calls of the sales team and preparing reports
∎ Facebook and SMS replies
∎ Providing support with compiling and sorting data
∎ Any other needful task assigned by the supervisor/ company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
