Job Context:
∎ Age 26-32 years
∎ Able to accept extra duties as situations arise.
∎ Strong correspondence capability over internet and e-mail is must.
∎ Willing to work under pressure.
∎ Very Good Computer Literacy
∎ Good knowledge in Microsoft office & email communication.
∎ Good knowledge in English.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
∎ Self - motivated, confident, proactive and target oriented.
∎ Have sound Knowledge of International and Local laws regarding Import/ Export to & from Bangladesh.
∎ Practical & Adequate knowledge in export documents related with Bank, C&F, EPB, Customs, Shipping Line and Freight forwarders, Import/Export through L/C& T/T etc.
∎ Adequate Knowledge about H.S. Code, L/C Clauses, PSI, Customs and bonded warehouse matter, Custom Audit, Bill of Lading and other shipping documents, Certificate of Origin and undertaking, Bond License, Vessel Schedule, Invoice, packing list etc.
∎ Knowledge about handling of Port and Customs Operation effectively.
∎ Should have good analytical ability and high level professional integrity.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all commercial aspects of the company.
∎ Preparation of Export & Import, Transport & Customs documents.
∎ Communicate with different forwarder, C & F agent and port authorities.
∎ Negotiate documents with bank on time.
∎ Recommendation for maximizing profitability.
∎ Working closely with suppliers to improve operations and reduce cost.
∎ Regularly monitoring import policy Bangladesh Bank Guideline & related other issue.
∎ Always be prepared and updated the factory licenses-trade licenses, irc erc etc.
∎ Faster the customs process for goods clearing and transportation against import and export.
∎ Prepare Export Bill or import invoice as per Sales Contract or L/C terms, submit to Banks and negotiate/purchase.
∎ Follow up with banks for receiving notification about the shipment documents, confirm the payment and get the document released from the bank for clearing goods.
∎ Keep records of all agreements (i.e: Purchase Order, Sales Contract, Back to Back, L/C, UD)
∎ Check & understand all terms and condition of contracts to protect company.
∎ ? Any commercial related task given by the management.
∎ Applicant should have adequate knowledge on HS code, customs act, export -import policy and other related laws applicable for export & Import as well as all banking terms and documentations.
∎ Accurate arrangement of all import document, file, folders archive for future information organize wise.
∎ Mail communication with buyer, supplier & others concern.
∎ Handle to face Annual Audit for renewal Scope
