Job Context:
∎ At a glance
∎ L.C, Bank, Insurance, C& F Agent, Logistics, Shipping agent, Customs, Vat & Tax related at least 3-5 years working experience and who are male only.
∎ (Women are ineligible for the post)
∎ Global Import, Export & Trading Business (Industrial & Commodities)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to handle Customs, C & F, Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Banking & Export-Import duty & VAT-TAX issues.
∎ Have thorough knowledge in Banking System, Commercial Item and H.S. Code(s) for imported goods and customs clearance formalities thereof.
∎ Ensure all logistics activities related to import & export. International Correspondence.
∎ Practical knowledge of import (Shipping, freight forwarding, Chittagong Customs, Dhaka Customs, Bond etc.) and exports.
∎ Follow up with shipping line Custom clearance & Freight Forwarding for smooth operation.
∎ Maintain Export-Import L/C and Import & Export, Should be well conversant and capable of corresponding/ negotiating with supplier & agent.
∎ Should have close relation with NBR, Tariff commission and all govt. offices related to job responsibilities.
∎ Communicate with supplier (local & foreign).
∎ Liaison with partners for smooth business establishment.
∎ Make liaison with back office between partner as bridge Capable to monitor and supervise the activities of the Commercial Department properly and effectively.
∎ Should have well knowledge of commercials terms.
∎ Should have knowledge of pre-costing and budget in favor of business and employer
∎ Should have good communication skills with all the business partners.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Male candidate can apply for this position but female smart candidate will be highly preferable.
∎ 3-5 year(s) experience in commercial/ import and export activities.
∎ The applicant should have experienced in the renowned manufacturing business area.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on import formalities, custom related documentations.
∎ Must have computer literacy with good communication skill.
