Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ Masters in any discipline from reputed University with good skill in English.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Documentation, Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Negotiate with buyers & suppliers, Opening L/C, Insurance processing, dealing with C&F agents and Forwarding Agent.
∎ Maintain communication with foreign exporters/suppliers through email and phone.
∎ Follow up the LCs with supplier to complete the whole process within stipulated time-frame.
∎ Maintaining critical liaison with suppliers, Port authority, Shipping agent, and Bank.
∎ Import /Export Management Report Preparation.
∎ Preserve, maintain and deliver all sort of import documentation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants must have experience in the following business area(s): Tools & Machineries item, Hardware items.

Salary: Negotiable
