Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management, Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Export/ Import through L/C
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent should have practical knowledge about the commercial function
∎ Capable to handle of all Import and Export function.
∎ Well conversant in scrutinizing the Export/Import documents, L/C terms & conditions.
∎ Have troubleshooting expertise relating to Import/Export.
∎ Working with Bank, EPB, BGMEA, BKMEA, General Bond Office, Customs, Shipping line, Freight forward, and C&F agency.
∎ Preparing Import documents, L/C opening (sight/EDF) as per terms of Proforma Invoice of Supplier.
∎ Preparing Export documents as per L/C terms, submit to Bank and negotiate/Purchase them and follow-up till the repatriation of the document value.
∎ Maintaining passbook, customs audit, and related works in the Bond Commissionerate.
∎ Fluent in reading and writing in English and capable to compose or draft any letter or mail instantly.
∎ Communicate with Buyers and their representatives.
∎ Must have experience and realization bank maturity & payment collection, overdue, LC amendment.
∎ Should have educated knowledge about Custom Duty, Tax, Tariff, H.S Code, Shipping Agent, Etc..
∎ Any other task decided by the management
