∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing financial management of projects, putting together bids for new work and negotiating and agreeing contracts.
∎ Provide Idea about anything from risk management to procurement, financial reporting and managing the supply chain.
∎ Required an extensive understanding of the sweater industry, flexibility and a talent for negotiation.
∎ Overseeing product development, identifying new market opportunities, determining the optimal pricing to balance profit with customer/client satisfaction, and directing marketing operations.
∎ Provide advice upper management about new markets to explore.
∎ Maintain good liaison with the buyers, suppliers, forwarders and financial institutions for completing the documentation on time to smooth export and import.
∎ Complete all commercial activities ( i.e. IP, EXP, UD, In bond, X Bond, Costing, and Consumption approval by Customs Authority) on time.
∎ Handle customs, EPB, Banks & C & F agents for orders, shipping lines, BGMEA (CO, GSP), Buying House, purchase, Transport Agents and other export & import related organizations.
∎ Follow up commercial invoice, packing list, detail packing list for export.
∎ Always be prepared and updated the Factory Licenses - tread Licenses, IRC, ERC etc.
∎ Ensure online shipment booking & documentation for Export.
∎ Make sure proper correspondents with merchandiser, factory, buyer, shipping line, freight forwarder, C&F and other concerned offices accordingly.
∎ Faster the customs process for goods clearing and transportation against Import & Export.
∎ Prepare Export Bill or import invoice as per L/C terms, submit to Banks and negotiate/Purchase.
∎ Maintain file of each and every deliveries or shipped items and time to time provide update to the management.
∎ Understanding of Documents retirement & acceptance process for Import.
∎ Maintain customs process for goods clearing and transportation against Import.
∎ Any commercial related task given by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Good command in English and Bangla Language is needed.
∎ Export and import oriented sectors
∎ Must have strong commercial awareness, strong client liaison skills, project management and team leadership.
∎ Must have strong interpersonal skills, an ability to eloquently convey complex ideas, and a good instinct for business.
∎ Required vast knowledge in export-Import rules, customs and banking rules and regulations local and international L/Cs and necessary commercial documents.
∎ Having sound knowledge on customs bond rules and regulations etc.
∎ Should have clear knowledge about Cash incentive file making and submission.
∎ Computer Literacy with Office Application, e-mail and internet browsing.
∎ Always be active on WhatsApp.
