∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating with Materials Management Head and finalize Purchase Requisitions (PR) for overseas and local purchases.
∎ Communicate with overseas suppliers and ensure receipt of Proforma Invoice (PI) and arrange to get pre-approvals from necessary government authorities prior to opening LCs.
∎ In coordination with bank and finance department complete all paperwork to open LCs and communicate with all relevant stakeholders.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time shipment and collect all shipping documents through bank / suppliers.
∎ Liaise with clearing agent and ensure on-time clearance of all imported items.
∎ Coordinate with local repacking vendor and arrange repacking of bulk items as per demand
∎ Analyse PR and prepare Comparative Statement (CS) for locally sourced packaging materials (bottles, sachet, cartons) etc.
∎ Liaise with outsourced distribution house and be the main point of contact regarding stock, sales and receivables data.
∎ Be the main point of contact in coordinating movement of sales stock to and from central warehouse to upcountry sales centers as per demand of sales team.
∎ Other tasks assign when required by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ This is an individual contributor role but needs strong communication and coordination skills with sales colleagues and external vendors and suppliers.
∎ Should have relevant experience in taking import permissions from authorities, bank (LC) documentation, and communication with overseas suppliers.
∎ Should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Logistic, Purchase/ Procurement, Store/ inventory, Supply Chain Commercial/ Import, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ Thorough knowledge on MS Excel and other MS Office packages
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Strong analytical and project management skills
∎ Good communication skill in English

Salary:
