∎ Bachelor / Master’s in Commerce

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be able to check the L/C (Export / Import, Transferable and non-Transferable, Revocable and Irrevocable, Stand-by, Confirmed, and Unconfirmed, Revolving, Bank to Back, Red Clause, Green Clause, Sight, Deferred Payment, and Direct Pay LC.)
∎ Prepare all kind of export documents as per LC terms & conditions and buyer's guideline.
∎ Co-ordinate with logistic as well as CNF to ensure smooth delivery.
∎ Keep record and prepare all types of statement relating to export and any other if necessary.
∎ Correspond with buyer, C&F, Transport, and shipping line independently.
∎ Co-ordinate with all section of commercial department (Export, Import, Custom, Bank, Audit, Incentive, BAPA, EPB, BIDA).
∎ Regular communication with bank regarding export/import documents.
∎ Prepare closing report per export/import document on payment realization/cost sheet.
∎ Export documents presentation to the negotiating Bank timely & collect maturity in the stipulated time frame.
∎ Overseeing product development Recognizing business opportunities.
∎ Putting together bids to win new business.
∎ Offering direction and instruction from management
∎ Excellent project management expertise
∎ To prepare and follow up Techno Commercial Offer
∎ Sound knowledge in Bank interest rate.
∎ In depth knowledge about BG/ PG, L/C, VAT & Tax, APG, PO, TTI.
∎ Contributing to cost and price evaluation e.g., BOQ/Estimate etc.
