∎ Masters from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall functions of Commercial Department.
∎ Organize the commercial team and lead them for performing all commercial activities in time.
∎ Responsible to manage all commercial activities ( issuance of PI, l/C open, amendment, shipment, negotiation, payment realization, release)
∎ Maintain proper liaison with concerned agencies, trade bodies, banks, shipping line, C&F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, customs & vat.
∎ Assign various assignments among team members for smooth commercial operations.
∎ Closely follow up all commercial process execute in timely and cost effectively.
∎ Liaison with finance & accounts department for timely payment of bills
∎ Timely clearance of payments & handling vendor inquiries
∎ Prepare relevant documents to open L/C by ensuring competitive price as per comparative statement.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C
∎ Open Letter of Credit, Manage Shipping line, dealing with banking and insurance company, handing C&F agent, ICD, Carrying Company.
∎ Preparing procurement plan of all materials to be imported and procured.
∎ Follow up, checking the L/C and give final consent to supplier after taking approval by management.
∎ Follow up the Shipment status as per plan.
∎ Liaison with Factory team to maintain full supply chain's smooth operation.
∎ Procurement of material as per the Planning & Production schedule.
∎ Developing and handling vendors & cost negotiations, maintaining supplier data base & integration.
∎ Excellent negotiation & dealing skills with international & local suppliers & contractors.
∎ Having sound knowledge of commercial, import/ export related Banking, clearing & forwarding, customs audit, bond rules & regulations etc.
∎ IRC, ERC renewal, seeking permission from different Govt. organization/offices like Customs, Board of investment, Controller of Import & Export. EPB, Department of Environment. Also with DCCI , different business association.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers for smooth delivery of goods and services.
∎ Manage L/C related work which include - corresponding with vendors, opening L/C and its amendment, monitoring shipment, document requirement formalities and custom clearing.
∎ Familiar with custom rules, import & Export policies, & SROs.
∎ Maintain critical liaison with supplier, Port Authority, Shipping agent, Bank and Insurance Company.
∎ Maintain in / out flow of payment (L/Cs, TT etc.).
∎ Maintain Time & Action plan, proper record of all LC, payment etc.
∎ Corresponding with different customer export department.
∎ Corresponding with oversees office & others.
∎ Performing any other work assigned by Top Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years managerial experience in the commercial segment of RMG / Buying House.
∎ Less than 45 years.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C.
∎ Good English communication and presentation skills.
∎ Proficient in MS Office / Commercial related software (SAP).
∎ Good analytical skills.
