Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all financial activity
∎ To collect approved purchase requisition, PI/Indent/Sales contract.
∎ To maintain international supplier activity.
∎ To maintain office insurance policy.
∎ Preparing and presenting proposals to clients
∎ Develop ideas keeping in mind client's needs.
∎ Able to do LC and any kinds of LC amendment , prepare salary sheet, complete any kinds of documents, assist new plan and materials presentation.
∎ Liaising with professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.
∎ Liaising with CNF as well as.
∎ Coordinate with team
∎ Follow the commercial rules and regulation
∎ Prepare daily work schedule and report to Dept. Head.
∎ To ensure that all indents for procurement of materials are in conformity both in respect of desired quality and quantity of works that are actually required as per works program for the month.
∎ To ensure quality of works being maintained at highest level. Routine visit to all sites are his control is mandatory.
∎ Visit under-construction projects in a regular schedule.
∎ Maintain close liaison with different govt. organizations like- RAJUK, PDB, DESA, WASA, TITAS for any purpose of the project interest.
∎ Arrange Coordination meeting with supplier and customer.
∎ Others task assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 Years of practical work experience in Commercial areas.
∎ Fluently able to speak, write and understand English.
∎ Good command on office application (MS Word, MS Excel, MS outlook etc) .
∎ The ability to work in a team as well as individually.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
∎ Willing to visit outside Dhaka and outside of Bangladesh for office purpose.

Salary: Negotiable
