∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Trading/ Wholesale/ Indenting
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To collect approved Proforma Invoice/Indent/Sales contract & LC/TT/Import approval permission copy from concern sourcing/planning team, LC form from the Importer.
∎ To follow up Purchase order creation in Oracle.
∎ To check and make Proforma Invoice with right Import description, declaration and HS code with concern related people.
∎ To establish communication between Foreign suppliers and bank (Bangladesh & Abroad) for LC/TT establish, transactions, payment & reporting.
∎ To establish time to time communications with shipper/supplier/exporter for LC related documentation and requested shipment follow up.
∎ To check and correct the LC related shipping documentation (Regulatory Requires as per LC for Import; Commercial invoice, packing list, Country of origin, HBL/Air way Bill of lading) and convey them to the supplier.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in Poultry Indenting.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Excellent Communication Skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Good command over MS- Office.
Salary: Negotiable
