Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of export documentation.
∎ Preparation of export-import related various statements.
∎ Regular warehouse inventory/ stock check, monitoring and report to the supervisors.
∎ Regular liaising and negotiating with suppliers, vendors, shipping line, Freight Forwarding agent.
∎ Preparing paperwork for regulatory bodies.
∎ Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways.
∎ Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule.
∎ Organizing, tracking of shipment and report to customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Previous experience in similar field.
∎ Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes.
∎ Working experience of relevant software.
∎ Strong communication skills.
∎ Excellent organizational and project management skills.
∎ Attention to detail.
∎ Creative problem-solving.
∎ A strategic and analytical mind.
Salary: Negotiable
