∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Commercial and Bond Customs, Commercial related experience, Export Commercial
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Pre-Shipment documents received and negotiation for import as well as pre-shipment documents preparation for export.
∎ Coordination with the bank for LC/LCA opening for Import & Export and EXP issuing for export.
∎ Obtaining Import & Export permit form EPZ.
∎ Shipment documents preparing and arranging like Commercial Invoice, Packing List, LC/Sales-Contract, EXP, Import Permit (from BEPZA), and Insurance (if required) Country of Origin & SAFTA for Export.
∎ Preparing the costing for SAFTA.
∎ Coordination with C & F for Import & Export.
∎ Bill checking (C & F & Transporter) as per the work order / agreement.
∎ Do the local purchase to maintain EPZ and Customs procedure.
∎ Maintain the documentation of sub-contract between SG & DB.
∎ Documentation and following up any kind of government registration and clearance like customs bond license, yearly entitlement etc.
∎ Coordinate with customs for yearly audit and keep ready necessary documents for the same (like; PRC, BE and others).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in EPZ industries.
∎ Leadership skills and experience
∎ Employee management; understanding of data privacy standards
∎ Solid communication skills, both written and verbal in English
∎ Deep understanding of business principles and practices
∎ Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
∎ The applicants should have experience in edible oil industry (4 to 5 years) in the relevant position.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to communicate effectively, Ability to work Under Pressure.
