Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have work experience with 100% Export Oriented Knit Composite Garments Industry
∎ Must have knowledge in Import & Export for Knit Composite Industry.
∎ Must have knowledge for opening document and BTB LC open.
∎ Must have knowledge for preparing UD document and Collect from BKMEA.
∎ Must have knowledge for preparing Custom document and submitted knowledge to Custom House.
∎ Must have knowledge for preparing Cash incentive document and submitted knowledge to Audit Firm for Certificate.
∎ Must have knowledge in L/C Terms & Conditions, Deemed Documentation of Direct Expert, BKMEA Preparation, Cash Incentive Collection, Follow-up shipment, Payment collection, PRC etc
∎ Must have Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Knowledge of Customs Rules Regulations for Import, Follow up with supplier, shipping line, Follow-up L/C opening to goods receiving at factory.
∎ Experience on L/C issuance & order placements, lead times & communications with C&F agents for import functions.
∎ Prepare all kinds of shipping and other documents
∎ Place booking to forwarder for Air & Sea shipment, check draft BL, FCR & HAWB, confirm for release OBL/HBL/HWAB.
∎ Follow-up L/C balance report time to time and resolve all kinds of L/C related issues.
∎ To check all shipping documents before submitting to bank to avoid any kind of discrepancies.
∎ Experience to prepare sales contact for buyer.
∎ Should have excellent command in Computer operation particularly in MS Office, filing, e-mail operating, browsing and operating of online certification.
∎ Any other task assigned by senior management.
