∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
∎ University of Dhaka,Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,North South University,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Bangla and English, Utilization Declaration
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customs Auditing and related issues with customs Bond., Preparing import and export document
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tannery/Footwear, Garments Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain customs process for goods clearing and transportation against Import & Export.
∎ Prepare Export Bill or import invoice as per L/C terms, submit to Banks, and negotiate/Purchase.
∎ Any commercial related task is given by the management.
∎ Supervise and ensure assigned tasks are completed by the commercial team
∎ Responsible to maintain all commercial activities
∎ Maintain good liaison with the buyers, suppliers, forwarders, and banks for completing the documentation on time to smooth export and import.
∎ Follow up on the commercial invoice, packing list, and detail-packing list for export.
∎ Prepare Export Bill or import invoice as per Sales Contract or L/C terms, submit to Banks, and negotiate/purchase.
∎ Negotiate with banks to get a preferential exchange rate for Import and Export
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluent in Chinese will be priority.
