Job Responsibilities:
∎ Exporting documents preparation ( Invoice, Packing List and many more ).
∎ The applicant should have a clear Perform Invoice knowledge and experience in dealing Bill Of exchange the documents and certificates pertaining to letter of credit, TT/FDD, Bill of Exchange and Export - Import permit in coordination with Bank, BKMEA and Customs Authority.
∎ Should have proficiency in the field of customs rules and regulations to deal with Customs Departments.
∎ The candidate should have excellent communication skill in English with Computer literacy.
∎ Should maintain proper liaison with marketing team, concerned agencies and factories, commercial team, production people and received delivery concern both for the industrial and commercial businesses and keep all the records in an update manner.
∎ The incumbent should be able to work under pressure and to perform any other task given by the management from time to time.
∎ Document collection from parties, Document Submission to Bank, Bill retaliation reliance Statement Preparative.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Tally or Accounts Related Software
∎ Knowledge on Bangla type
