Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in engineering from any reputed Institute/University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To work on aluminum channel production process using CNC machine.
∎ To establish a standard process so that production can be run smoothly.
∎ To design jig for AL channel's production and write/design NC code and run on machine floor.
∎ To operate and design code for 5 axis and 3 axis CNC machine and with “DELTA” AND “FANUC” controlling system.
∎ To ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company.
∎ To conduct regular CNC machine assessments.
∎ To ensure projects meet deadlines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Candidates must have experience in CNC machine using.
∎ Strong familiarity with CNC Machine tools, methodologies, and best practices.
∎ Capable of supervisory capacity for planning, organizing, communicating and personnel management skills.
∎ Ability to translate mechanical documents and engineering drawings.
∎ Great attention to detail with a goal-driven attitude.
∎ Strong comprehension and analytical abilities.
∎ Good computer and mathematical skills.
∎ Familiarity with “DELTA” and “FANUC” controlling system.
