Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS with Post Graduation in relevant field. MPH/ DGO/ FCPS (Ob/Gyn)/ MCPS/ MS (Ob/Gyn) will be considered as added qualification.

∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for meeting goals and objectives of high quality clinical services, exceeding clients' expectations and contributing to business growth through adaptation of best practices and continuous improvement in quality in line with MSI/MSB's priorities and best practices
∎ Encourage and build a culture of passion and commitment to drive exemplary client experiences in MSB's clinic and maternities through well committed and motivated teams of service providers and quality assurance managers.
∎ Continuously plan and implement improvements in quality of services; supervise and monitor with a systemetic approach to quality improvement;
∎ Develop and lead strategies to continuously strengthen and ensure compliance to protocols in service delivery
∎ Plan for continuous development of teams, services and quality management systems. Update skills and knowledge of service providers through training, competency assessments, workshops, seminars and technical assistance.
∎ Adopt approaches to integrate new services; implement modern systems in quality monitoring and plan for annual review of teams, services, quality indicators etc.
∎ Develop and expand clinical resource base through networking, communications and through digital platforms
∎ Build and nurture relationships with relevant departmnets of government, professional bodies, MSI Medical Development Team, other NGOs and individuals to strengthen MSB clinical services across all channels of service delivery
∎ Develop and plan annual departmental budget for ensuring quality of services; plan monitoring visits to clinics; conduct mentoring and coaching for team development.
∎ Be familiar with necessary sofwares, databases, and be responsible for quality reporting within the organization and MSI; Provide leadership and support in the management of direct reports, ensuring clear guidance and expectations and provision of support for capacity development where required
∎ Represent MSB in different forums, seminars and workshops in country and outside.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 years of experience in clinical services including maternity services with 4 years of experience in senior management role. Proven track record in managing quality assurance activities of clinical service delivery like maternity centers/ hospital/ healthcare services will be given preference.
∎ Demonstrated leadership ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment to promote high performance culture.
